The hotel is located away from the centre of Kemer and is very quiet. You feel like at home there. Comfortable, spacious rooms, modern equipment everywhere, including effective air-conditioners. There is a nice pool which we liked very much (not too many guests to share with) and a small but pleasant well kept garden. The number of personnel is tiny in fact, but they are very helpful and hospitable. We often needed to make local calls to order meals or transfers to the beach in Turkish and never had problems with that. I strongly recommend this hotel to families up to 6 people or parents with babies or children under 3 yo. A very good alternative to all inclusive monsters in the city.
The only setback of Partmezzo is its location far from the seaside. But it is easy to get to the beach with a free of charge transfer. We also walked to the sea and the city centre sometimes, it's not not that far and in any case is an excellent exercise to keep fit.

The comfortable pool with free beds is in front of the apartments so that it is easy to reach. The apartment is spacious, has airconditioning, satellite tv, overall modern standard and has a brand new kitchenette. A nice place to stay for a family with kids as it has a big garden where kids can play.
The room was not properly cleaned, it was very dusty. When turning on the fan in the room I got an instant allergic reaction to the dust. Our feet were black from walking around in the rooms. The hotel employees liked to turn on music in the evening between 20.00 and 22.00 which was so loud that you couldn't enjoy sitting on your balcony or listen to TV in your room. Breakfast would have been nice included in the fee.

Nothing much we liked about this hotel...it was the worse time in our vacation during which we stayed in 5 other hotels
This hotel doesn't provide any value for the rates charged. The apartment was in a bad condition, it has only two airconditions (one in each floor, though it has three rooms) which made us the all family sleep in one bed room and leave the other two rooms emplty (we couldn't get the kids to sleep alone in the enterance floor), Furntiure were very old and in bad shape, You get struglling everytime you switch on the tv which has only Turkish channels, it says it has three swiming pools but when checked in they told us the other two pools including the children one are out of water but will be filed up in the morning (nothing happended offcourse)...etc...etc Never Again....

Great place for family stay, esp with the children. Checked a few other aparthotels in Kemer, which are situated closer to the town center/sea, but Partmezzo was clearly the winner due to it's vast green territory and absence of loud night clubs in vicinity. Partmezzo is also close (C. 1km distance) to local Carrefour and Tansas supermarkets, as well as local food market location (is held every Monday). Over 2 kilometers distance to the best local beach (Moonlight) is solved by arrangement of free transfer (by demand!!!) to this beach. The main guy (Etem) speaks English and is quite helpful, other stuff is "Turkish only", but this wasn't a problem. The place in general is clean and well maintained. The rooms and the kitchen have all necessary basics. Wi-Fi drops out from time to time, but the speed is sufficient for mail checking, Internet browsing, and even Skype (better don't try video calls though;). In general, again, if you want nice and quiet family stay in Kemer without paying extra bucks, Partmezzo might be the right choice for you.
The baby pool is not functioning - wasn't a problem for us, but fyi.

I would like to thank all the staff that worked with us. Apartments are very comfortable and good value for money.

Wifi good and room as described
Staff took us to room and left without explaining anything which necessitated us having to call them to explain each time we discovered oddities I.E. cooker was a hybrid ( gas / electric ) we had never seen before and potentially dangerous therefore. Also hotel very hard to find for us as strangers ( even locals could nt help ) took over 2 hours to find it
